Explore our Yoga Classes

Our classes offer different ways to move, breathe and deepen your practice—from dynamic Ashtanga and Vinyasa to slower, restorative and alignment-based practices.

Rooted in Ashtanga Yoga, our approach recognizes that different practices can complement one another, helping you build a strong, balanced and sustainable practice over time.

Whether you’re a beginner, an experienced practitioner or a teacher, explore the classes below to find out what each one offers.
Cours Yin Restorative

Yin Restorative

Aims: Deep relaxation, stretching and releasing muscles

The emphasis is on static positions, releasing gravitational forces, closing your eyes and being present in the moment. Manages stress or fatigue and relaxes physical and emotional tension. It can be a complementary practice to dynamic styles like Ashtanga & Vinyasa, or a regular practice in it’s own right.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Fundamentals

Aims: Build safe foundations for a strong, healthy, energizing, dynamic yoga practice

Learn the fundamental principles and poses of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. We explore the individual poses within the sun salutations and standing sequence. This helps the yoga practitioner develop a safe foundation to build upon over the months and years to come for both Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga classes.

Cours Ashtanga Fondations & Débutant
Cours Yoga Vinyasa

Vinyasa Yoga

Aims: Try different poses every class, move, energize, remove stress, exploring creativity

Sequences of yoga poses are woven together skillfully and seamlessly making a beautiful dancing flow of yoga asanas! The classes are invigorating and dynamic where the difficulty and complexity of the poses will depend on the level of the class. Each class starts slowly, peaking in the middle and ending with deep relaxation.

Yoga Ashtanga

Aims: Gaining steadiness, self-discipline, endurance and balancing strength & flexibility

Precise sequences of poses that not only work every part of the body but with repetition and adherence to the principles of Ashtanga (bandhas, breathing, drishti) become self-transformative. We teach with a special focus on anatomical alignment in the poses to, not only avoid injury, but encourage healing.

Cours Ashtanga Première Série
Cours Ashtanga style Mysore

Mysore style Ashtanga

Aims: Autonomy, working on individual needs, goals, inspirations, direct advice from teachers

Mysore Style is the traditional way of teaching the Ashtanga method. Everyone works within their own breathing rhythm and capabilities; growing slowly to ensure a life-long sustainable practice. Once you have memorized the sun salutations you can attend the Mysore practice. Teachers give individual advice and hands-on assistance.

Yoga for Women’s Health

Aims: Develop a more conscious relationship with your body, learn to recognize changes in your energy levels, and adapt your practice to your needs in the present moment.

The class takes the menstrual cycle into account, as well as the major transitions in a woman’s life: fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause. Adaptations are offered so that each person can develop their practice while respecting their body, energy levels and the stage of life they are going through.

Yoga Alignement Postural - Iyengar

Iyengar Alignment

Aims: Strengthen the joints, engage the deeper muscles and restore balance to the body.

Each session explores a specific action and focuses on precise alignment, developing a refined awareness of the body and posture while respecting each person’s individual abilities. The use of props (bricks, chairs, blankets, etc.) helps beginners learn the poses safely, while allowing more experienced practitioners to explore their subtleties and deepen their practice.

Renforcement & Alignement

Aims: Strengthen the muscles and improve bodily alignment through a variety of poses.

The use of props, such as chairs, makes it possible to adapt the poses and provide support throughout the practice. There are no Sun Salutations, making this an ideal class for beginners and for those who need to slow down and bring greater awareness to their movements. A few hypopressive abdominal exercises and mobility exercises drawn from the De Gasquet method are gradually introduced throughout the year.
