Postural Yoga
Strength & Alignment
This one-hour class focuses on strength training, mobility, and improving body alignment through various postures. The use of props, such as chairs, helps to adapt the poses and support your practice. There are no sun salutations, making it an ideal class for beginners and anyone looking to slow down and bring awareness to their movements.
Hypopressive abdominal and mobility exercises, inspired by the De Gasquet method, will be progressively introduced throughout the year.
All levels are welcome.
Iyengar Method
Marine teaches Iyengar Yoga, a precise and disciplined method that strengthens the joints, activates the deep muscles, and restores balance throughout the body.
Each class focuses on a specific action, with careful attention to alignment to develop refined postural awareness while respecting each student’s individual abilities.
The use of props—such as blocks, chairs, and blankets—helps beginners learn the postures safely, while allowing more experienced practitioners to deepen their understanding and explore the subtleties of each pose.
This practice works deeply to cleanse and restore the body. Physical and energetic tension gradually dissolves, the breath becomes freer, and the mind grows calm and clear.
All levels are welcome.
