AYP PASS and 1 CLASS PER WEEK SUBSCRIPTIONS

1. Purpose of the Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for a 6-month Pass subscription, a 1-year Pass subscription, or a 6-month or 1-year “1 Class per Week” subscription.

The 6-month and 1-year Pass subscriptions are paid monthly and allow a maximum of 7 classes per week.

The “1 Class per Week” subscriptions are paid monthly and allow 1 class per week. The class can be freely chosen from the available classes and booked via the website or app. There is no fixed class or weekly time slot.

2. Monthly Payments
  • The monthly fee is automatically charged each month to the bank card registered at the time of purchase.
  • The first payment will be charged upon validation of the agreement online.
  • The total number of payments is 6 for a 6-month subscription and 12 for a 1-year subscription.
  • In the event of a failed payment:
    • If a monthly payment fails, the client will be notified by email at the address registered on their student account.
    • Future class bookings may be cancelled until the payment has been successfully processed. Once payment has been regularised, the client may resume booking classes, subject to availability.
3. Commitment and Cancellation
  • Commitment:
    • For a 6-month Pass subscription: the agreement is binding for the full 6-month period.
    • For a 1-year Pass subscription: the agreement is binding for the full 1-year period.
    • For a 6-month “1 Class per Week” subscription: the agreement is binding for the full 6-month period.
    • For a 1-year “1 Class per Week” subscription: the agreement is binding for the full 1-year period.
  • Early cancellation:
    • Early cancellation is not permitted except in cases of force majeure, upon presentation of supporting documentation. The rules regarding extensions or suspension are set out in Section 5.

  • Renewal: The subscription will not renew automatically. A new subscription must be purchased, subject to availability of the offer.
4. Terms of Use
  • The subscription is strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • 6-month and 1-year Pass subscriptions: the subscription allows a maximum of 7 classes per week. Any booking exceeding this limit will automatically be rejected by the booking system.
  • “1 Class per Week” subscriptions: the subscription allows 1 class per week. The client may freely choose which class to attend from the available classes and book it via the website or app. There is no fixed class or weekly time slot.

  • Any class booking must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the class will be considered used.

    Note: The cancellation period is currently set at 2 hours but may be changed in the future. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for any updates.

  • Access to the studio and classes is subject to the conditions set out on our Terms & Conditions page.
5. Suspension and Make-Up Weeks

1-year Pass subscription:

  • One (1) suspension of up to 3 consecutive months is permitted without supporting documentation, provided that the request is submitted at least 1 day before the start of the suspension. Monthly payments remain unchanged during the suspension. The original expiry date of the subscription will be extended by the length of the suspension.

6-month Pass subscription:

  • One (1) suspension of up to 1 month is permitted without supporting documentation, provided that the request is submitted at least 1 day before the start of the suspension. Monthly payments remain unchanged during the suspension. The original expiry date of the subscription will be extended by the length of the suspension.

  • In the event of a temporary inability to practise for more than 1 month (injury, prolonged illness or pregnancy), the subscription may be extended for a maximum of 3 months, provided that you are unable to participate in our Prenatal Yoga (if available), Restorative Yoga, or Breathwork & Meditation classes (upon presentation of supporting medical documentation). The suspension period will be added to the end of the subscription period.

    Important: You must notify us within 2 weeks of becoming aware of your pregnancy, injury or serious illness.

    A medical certificate stating that you are unable to practise yoga, including gentle yoga and Breathwork & Meditation, is required. The medical certificate must include start and end dates in order to be valid.

    The extension will correspond to the period of incapacity stated on the medical certificate, up to a maximum of 3 months.

6-month “1 Class per Week” subscription:

  • Up to 6 missed weeks may be made up and added to the end of the subscription, provided that a request is made before the end of the monthly billing period in which the absence has occurred or will occur.
  • The request may be made either before or after the relevant week, provided that the above deadline is respected.
  • Any missed weeks beyond the 6-week allowance cannot be made up, carried over or refunded.
  • A class that has been booked but not cancelled on time is considered used and cannot be made up.

1-year “1 Class per Week” subscription:

  • Up to 8 missed weeks may be made up and added to the end of the subscription, provided that a request is made before the end of the monthly billing period in which the absence has occurred or will occur.
  • The request may be made either before or after the relevant week, provided that the above deadline is respected.
  • Any missed weeks beyond the 8-week allowance cannot be made up, carried over or refunded.
  • A class that has been booked but not cancelled on time is considered used and cannot be made up.
6. Consent and Acceptance

By purchasing a subscription, you:

  • Acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the subscription purchased.
  • Consent to the automatic monthly payments being charged according to the terms set out above.
