I went to my first yoga class in 2014, while I was a student in California. There, almost everyone was doing yoga! For several years, I practiced dynamic yoga close to Ashtanga a few times a week, mostly looking to enjoy the feeling of well-being given by the final relaxations.

The series of postures offer us the possibility to know ourselves better on a daily basis, and can transform our bodies, our breathing, our consciousness and our relationships in very positive and unexpected ways. As I am a huge beneficiary of these transformations myself, I want to share this beautiful practice, to feel useful and also to have the joy of observing its benefits on others. This is why I participated in the 200-hour teacher training given by Gérald and Linda. Today, I am honored to teach in a place as full of knowledge, sincerity and benevolence as AYP.
I will be happy to meet you there and, if you wish, to accompany you on a part of your yogic path. See you soon!
