Yoga came into my life at the dawn of my twenties. At that time, yoga helped me to overcome my sleep problems, enabling me to regain the balance and serenity that were essential to my well-being and the pursuit of my medical studies.
In 2016, I rediscovered yoga at AYP as a complement to running. This new approach has enabled me to deepen my practice and explore the benefits of yoga for the body and mind.
The 200H teacher training offered by Linda and Gérald was particularly enriching.
