Heidi Karell
Heidi Karell is an advanced ashtanga yoga practitioner. Originally from Finland, she started yoga in the early 2000’s and established her daily yoga discipline in 2013.
Having lived in many places and countries she has had the fortune to study under the guidance of many wonderful teachers but the greatest teacher for her remains the practice itself.
As a teacher she is encouraging, inspiring and highlights the importance of breath, bandhas and the balance of strength and softness. Creating a safe space for each and every student is important for her.
Yoga gives her strength to face unpleasant moments on and off the mat. There’s also an aspect of indescribable magic when the impossible becomes possible with regular practice.
