Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flowing yoga practice that brings us strength, endurance and flexibility. Restorative Yoga is a soft, static yoga practice that brings us ease, relaxation and softness. They both bring physical well-being and mental evenness. Knowing how to choose the approach that will give us exactly what we need on any particular day brings more balance to ourselves on a daily basis. Finding peace of mind, energy, health and balance are keys to living a happy, contented life; the combination of these two practices that rest on the polar opposites of the yoga line will bring you all this!
