Majda Fahim
A yoga teacher for nearly fifteen years and a somatic psychotherapist, Majda offers a gentle and intuitive approach to yoga, informed by somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and a deep commitment to women’s health.
Having practiced yoga for over twenty years, her relationship with the practice—and the way she shares it—has evolved through the different stages of her life as a woman, particularly through her fertility journey, motherhood, and ongoing personal growth. Her teaching places the lived experience of the female body at its heart, cultivating body awareness, sensitivity to sensation, and a quality of mindful presence.
Through embodied awareness, fluid movement, conscious breathing, and restorative practices, she invites each student to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop a more supportive and intuitive relationship with their body.
