Hey! My name is Fabiana and I was born and raised in Uruguay, a lovely tiny little country way down in South America.

Having worked in fashion and art direction for the longest part of my life, I found yoga to be that thing I did to find shelter from the craziness.

That “hobby/coping mechanism’’ eventually became so much more over the years. It became a passion, then a calling, then, well, a job (but the kind of job that doesn’t feel like one).

I went all in and did a 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training at Hanu Yoga studio in Miami Beach, and, having fallen in love with the Ashtanga practice, I followed with a 300-hour Ashtanga Teacher Training in Paris at the emblematic Ashtanga Yoga Paris studio with Linda and Gérald.
