For as long as I can remember, my life has been based on movement. I trained as a classical dancer, but also did jazz and contemporary dance, and it was in yoga that I finally discovered my true calling.
My intuition guided me towards Ashtanga, which I discovered at the AYP studio. There I learned to give meaning to my practice, which became a passion that transformed my life.
The teachings I received there inspired me deeply. Over the years, I have met teachers who have enriched my vision of yoga: David Garrigues, Chuck Miller, Manju Jois, Ron Reid & Marla Meenakshi Joy…
It was then in India, in Kerala, that an intensive mysore with David Garrigues allowed me to intensify my practice and deepen my knowledge.
Finally, the desire to pass on my knowledge was naturally felt: I was trained in 2020 in the 200H teacher teaching with Linda Munro and Gérald Disse.
Since then, I have also developed a particular interest in the benefits of yoga for pregnant women and the post-partum period, and am trained at the DeGasquet Institute.
