I grew up in Niger where nature and divine merge. Upon my return to France when I was 18 years old, it felt natural to embark on a mystical yoga practice. It was an approach to yoga that left a lot of room for imagination and feeling.

The following year, I began to explore other styles of yoga being taught in Paris – at the end of the 90’s there were not many option – I found Vinyasa Yoga and started to practice. I was a Geology student when I began a teacher training and then taught for many years at Gérard Arnaud’s studio.

I then became a scientific journalist while continuing to teach Vinyasa yoga in different yoga centers around Paris.

In 2010, I discovered the Mysore style Ashtanga practice with Linda and Gérald and benefited from their profound experience. After the birth of my second child, it was time for me to commit myself to the teacher training with them, it was 2013. In addition to a quality practice, they propose a perspective of yoga in the daily life: anchoring our practice of yoga on and off the yoga mat!
