Just 20 minutes a day for 30 days can work wonders! This yoga challenge is an amazing opportunity to commit to a daily practice which will quickly reveal results and personal growth!
I’m really happy to offer this course to encourage you to engage yourself in yoga and self-care. Yoga can help us go inside, listen deeply and find the inner strength to surmount uncertainty.
The classes are a mix between short Ashtanga, Restorative, Strengthening and Flexibility practices with a sprinkle of Breathing and Contemplation.
At times you may find that the 20 minutes is just enough. At other times, it may get you on your mat and you’ll continue self-practice once the 20 minutes are finished.
Taught in English. Open for all levels of yoga practitioners.
