10-hour Embodied Wisdom:
The Yoga Sutras in Physical Practice
with Linda Munro
A 5-Class Live Online Series + Replays
Sundays, from Jan. 10 to Feb 7, 2027
This series explores how the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali shape the way we approach physical yoga practice — not as performance, but as a path toward inner steadiness and self-awareness. Each session includes learning asana related sutras, self-inquiry, integrated embodiment in asana practice and a closing meditation.
This course is suitable for all levels of practitioners!
Manual included & hours contribute to AYP’s 300h teacher training.
