Mindful Well-Being 30-day Yoga Challenge

Just 20 minutes a day for 30 days can work wonders! This yoga challenge is an amazing opportunity to commit to a daily practice which will quickly reveal results and personal growth!
I’m really happy to offer this course to encourage you to engage yourself in yoga and self-care. The best way to start a new year and especially one that we know will continue to give us challenges. Yoga can help us go inside, listen deeply and find the inner strength to surmount uncertainty.
The classes will be a mix between short Ashtanga practices, Restorative practices and Breathing and Contemplation; while giving some time each week for sharing, asking questions and giving feedback.
At times you may find that the 20 minutes is just enough. At other times, it may get you on your mat and you’ll continue self-practice once the 20 minutes are finished.
The classes will be available online for those who cannot make the live sessions.
Taught in English. Open for all levels of yoga practitioners.
