Mindful Ashtanga: Strength, Healing, and Sustainability
How to build (or re-build) an Ashtanga practice for a BODY that LASTS!

Build strength, flexibility and endurance while being easy on the joints. Practicing with mindfulness is a doorway to discover endless subtleties of our inner world. We allow ourselves the freedom to evolve and explore without attaching to perfection. Enjoying the path of self-discovery will motivate us to practice for the rest of our lives!

In this program, you will be guided through half primary series over a period of 4 weeks, 2 live classes a week. You will receive the recordings so you can do the practices as many times as you want between live sessions.

The concept of these classes is to build a practice layer by layer to find stability in a way that feels inspiring, healing and self-empowering. You will be offered different variations of the poses so you can decide what is best for your body right now, today. As your body adapts to the poses, then you can mindfully explore deeper versions of the postures. And on days where our energy is lagging, we will understand how to soften the practice for our personal needs.
