Mindful Well-Being 10-day Yoga Challenge

Just 30 minutes a day for 10 days can work wonders! This yoga challenge is an amazing opportunity to commit to a daily practice which will quickly reveal results and personal growth!
I’m really happy to offer this course to encourage you to engage yourself in yoga and self-care. The best way to start a new year is to Challenge Yourself to do something good for your body, mind, emotions and maybe everyone around you 😉 . Yoga can help us go inside, listen deeply and find the inner strength to surmount all the obstacles life presents us with.
The classes will be short Ashtanga practices.
At times you may find that the 30 minutes is just enough. At other times, it may get you on your mat and you’ll continue self-practice.
The classes will be available on replay for those who cannot make the live sessions.
Taught in English. Open for all levels of yoga practitioners.

Monday – Friday 7:30 – 8:00 am
Saturday & Sunday 9:00 – 9:30 am
Price
€5 for 30-day, 6-month and 1-year AYP valid pass holders
€45 for 5-class, 10-class and 20-class AYP valid card holders
€60 for non-pass or class holders
