The Basics of Meditation & Pranayama

From improved sleep and concentration, to reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, the benefits of pranayama and meditation have something to offer for everyone!
In this 1-day workshop, Jinjur will teach the basics you need to start a personal breath and meditation practice. Over 4.5 hours you will be led through a series of Kriyas – cleansing acts to prepare the body for the breath, Pranayama – breathing exercises to clear and focus the mind, and finally a variety of meditations and mindfulness exercises designed to improve concentration and self-awareness.
Whether you’re ready to go deeper into your yoga practice, or you are just stepping into the world of yoga, this is an opportunity to discover a whole new world of tools to become a happier, healthier you.

An admin fee of 25 euros will be deducted for cancellations made more than 21 days before the workshop.
Only half of the sum paid will be returned 8 to 20 days before the workshop.
Sum paid is non-refundable 7 days before the workshop.
We don’t accept transferring of a paid reservation to another person after 2 weeks before the workshop.
We advise to those coming from out of Paris to purchase travel insurance as travel issues will not change this policy. Medical issues will also not change this policy.
As the teacher is confirming their presence and is guaranteed the amount of people who are attending 21 days before, we ask for your understanding of this policy.
