Update on March 14, 2020: the studio will close from Sunday, March 15 (included) and until further notice.
Faced with the current situation, we are strengthening hygiene precautions in the studio, and hygiene recommendations to our students. New directives are regularly announced by the health authorities, here are the most recent measures implemented at the studio:
Class schedule & reservations
For the moment, most of the weekly classes are maintained, but some may be exceptionally canceled in the following days. To stay up to date with possible changes, we recommend that you always check the class schedule page before leaving for class. Online booking is strongly encouraged. This will help us to better manage the number of participants in each class, in order to keep a safer distance between mats. In case of cancelation or modification, you will be immediately notified. Hands-on adjustments
There will be no physical adjustments during the guided classes During Mysore, please don’t shy away from telling the teacher that you don’t want to be adjusted. Either way, teachers will have hand sanitizer at their disposal to clean their hands regularly. Yoga mats & accessories
It is strongly recommended to use your own yoga mat We can no longer provide blankets and eye cushions. For relaxation poses, you can put your sweater, socks, etc. to stay warm … Please bring a small towel if you want to use the blocks or the bolsters Health & hygiene
We ask that you please clean your hands when you arrive at the studio: soap is available at each sink, hand sanitizer in the 3 Yoga rooms. The studio is carefully cleaned every day by our wonderful Nory, the hand towels are changed and the rooms are regularly ventilated. If you are not feeling well, it is best to stay at home and take some much needed rest.
