I first discovered yoga randomly more than 8 years ago while I was living in China. Little by little, my interest for yoga grew and became a passion, to currently be an important part of my life. When I came from China, I decided that it was time for me to deepen my practice and this is where I discovered Ashtanga Yoga.
My interest for Ashtanga grew gradually, and I decided to take Linda and Gérald’s 200h teacher training after 2 years of regular practice. Moreover, as I’ve been working for years with children, I decided to link these two passions together and I pursued a 28h training in Kids Yoga.
Yoga taught me how to connect with my body and mind with love and kindness. I’ve discovered, through repetition of the ashtanga poses, the necessity of daily introspection. I’ve also learned to find my breath in difficulty thanks to the intensity of the practice. To me, the Ashtanga Yoga is a perfect simile to life, with its difficulties and its moments of frustration, but also its moments of lightness and humility. Yoga as a quest for balance, here is what I want to share before all else.
