Although often conceived to be Yoga itself, the Asanas (physical postures), are just one component of this ancient style of Yoga. Through his beloved teaching, Manju aims to bring the practices of chanting (which improves breath), meditation (which relaxes the body and mind) and pranayama (which purifies the spiritual body) to light, as essential components on the path towards Enlightenment.
Manju Jois, Ashtanga Yoga guru of Mysore, South India, is the oldest son of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and is recognized worldwide as the foremost authority on Ashtanga Yoga. From the young age of 7, Manju was awakened early each day by his father to begin lessons that would forever change the course of his life and the lives of those who would study with him in the years to come. He began his teaching career at the age of 15 with his father and has taught ever since Manju has taught the true Mysore Ashtanga method for over 47 years. Spanning 22 countries and 21 states in the US, Manju’s world Ashtanga teaching tour is ever expanding.

PRICING:
Full Workshop: €160 (before Januray 1st) or €180 (after January 1st)
Individual session: €45 (before January 1st) or €50 (after January 1st)
